OMG could we be setup for another Contract for America year in 2010?

It's almost like the republicans are giving up in 2008. Palin was a poor choice, McCain makes no sense and poor McCain couldn't even find a better choice out there.

It's almost like the republicans want to turn it over to us for 2 years with us controlling everything (aka 1992) in hopes that they think we'll screw up so badly that they'll pull off another upset similiar to what happened in 1994. As much as that 'Contract on America' was nothing but a hit job on our country it did bring in a shit load of new people to DC including people like Rick Santorum and John Ashcroft.
