Bill Maher: I don't care who sticks their woo-woo into which hoo-hoo...
He was talking about Edwards last night in regard to how Dems have lost one of our greatest voices for the poor.

I agree with him 100%.

I want to try and pass this same judgment that Bill spoke about on to any politician. I don't care what the situation is with Palin's' fifth child, and if there's anything "hinky" with the stories of his birth, that's a family matter that I believe any family has a right to keep from the light of public scrutiny. When the Bill and Monica story broke, I could not believe the uproar. A blowjob is personal and not indicative of a person's ability to do their job. I would love to see this country progress past such crap.

There's more than enough goodies on Palin that she'll be hung out to dry before the election. McCain has given us a big hammer in Palin and we are going to use it to drive home the nail of his inability to be POTUS.

Hammer her on troopergate, poor management, big oil connections, her creationism, her attitudes toward wildlife and the ecology of Alaska... We don't need to drag her children into it. I'd like to think that I'm better than that and I believe that the vast majority of the folks here at DU are better than that as well.

(However, Blatant hypocrites like Larry Craig can be blasted. On the hypocrisies)

3. Edwards is a big fat hypocrite...
who needs to go away!

"I think this President has shown a remarkable disrespect for his office, for the moral dimensions of leadership, for his friends, for his wife, for his precious daughter. It is breathtaking to me the level to which that disrespect has risen."- John Edwards on the Lewinsky scandal, February 12, 1999

4. Agreed.
It's pretty tough to hide that '99 quote. He could have been describing himself nine years later.
