At first I dismissed the Palin surrogate pregnancy rumors, but wait just a minute
This whole thing is really, really fishy. She didn't tell the state or its government that she was pregnant until seven months in... this from a lady who is proud of her pro-life stance? Why the secrecy?

The biggest point of all though... considering the fact that she's their GOVERNOR, didn't they have a RIGHT to know sooner? To prepare for any complications that might arise?

I smell a rat.

1. The rat is stinking up the whole ship.

And the truth will sink her.

4. But it's just about enough time to hide a pregnancy.

If this story is true, the saddest part of it is that her daughter is being forced to live a lie.

7. I had mono in Jr. High. Took me out for about 3 weeks.
5-6 months is complete bullshit.

9. Here is more that sounds really suspicious to me
A gravid mother over the age of 35 is medically termed an "elderly pregnancy". (Don't hate me, I didn't make this up.) A pregnant woman of 4 children would be termed an "elderly multipara" or "elderly multigravida" and would be very likely to be followed by an obstetrician that deals with high-risk pregnancies. They would do an amnio (which apparently was done), but it would be this OB that would follow her care closely.

Yet when Palin's water broke in TX, she claims to have called her family physician who has "delivered lots of babies, including Piper" instead of an obstetrician.

I find it just very odd that a 44-year-old, 7 months into her pregnancy, was seeing a "family physician" for a high-risk pregnancy.

You know, maybe there is nothing to these rumors, but if it should turn out that there is, Dems must use for all it's worth.

There will be 3 Supreme Court Justices appointed during this next term, and women's reproductive rights are at risk.
