Thank GOD McCain Didn't Pick Jindal!!!
It might be game over had he picked Jindal, then Jindal had gone back and conducted himself like he has been in this Gustav crisis.

5. I was thinking the same thing
when I saw him giving a press conference today -- I'd never seen him in action before.

7. McCain might have done better picking Krusty the Clown as his running mate
It might've made for a more serious campaign. This one with Sarah Palin is ridiculous! Troopergate, Babygate, lying through her teeth, no higher education, no foreign policy experience (except Cindy McCain's claim that that Alaska is next to Russia and that qualifies as foreign policy), 20 months in tiny office, many of those pretending to be pregnant. I knew McCain was bad news for the GOP but I had no idea McCain would hang himself this way.

8. Aw Jeez. Can we just stop this?
The disrespect on this board borders on the ludicrous.

We have the best nominee in the game. Of course, if anything had been different, if he had worn a blue tie on the day that he should have worn a red tie, then of course we would have gotten crushed. Thank God.

10. I saw his press conference about Gustav and he was talking so..
fast that I could hardly understand him! Really! Did anyone else see that press conference??? It was obvious that the full federal government was at the ready to help the Republican Governor, unlike when Gov. Blanco was begging the federal government and FEMA for help before Katrina!!! They totally ignored her and Mayor Nagin! Could it be that they were ignored was because that the City of New Orleans usually voted Democratic??? Now, that Gov. Jindal is Repuke, it is a different story!

Don't give Gov. Jindal any credit!

I pray that G-d will save the people of New Orleans!

11. If Jindal is an immigrant from India, he's
not eligible for v.p. because if McCain died in office he would be the next in line and one has to be a natural born citizen to be prez.
