5. Okay.

Enough storm to cut off the electricity and flood back up generators, wash out roads and fog too dense for helicopters and other aircraft. Just let them hole up with candles until the convention is over. I can go for that. Then they can emerge when it's all over.

7. He was on the news earlier, sober, saying that meals, water and

blankets were on their way. Then he said he was going to Crawford to monitor the hurricane relief effort. Amazingly, he talked in complete sentences. Somebody sobered him up.
