WWL guy on MSNBC calls Gustav a "massive storm." Bullcrap.

Since when does a 115 MPH Hurricane qualify as "massive"? Simultaneously, the crawler on the bottom of the screen quotes Nagin calling Gustav "the storm of the century." This happened at 2:15 AM Monday morning, when both claims were obvious bullshit. Why would MSNBC push this crap? Trying to frame a narrative starring the great Jindal and the great GOP? Maybe...But probably just because they're stupid.

4. No doubt, but it's not a particularly uncommon event....

I'm in Baton Rouge, by the way, and do expect to and fear getting roughed up a bit. And there's no doubt that this COULD have been a castastrophe. But it's not going to be much more than an average hurricane, yet the MSM will still frame it as a catastrophe that was averted BY Jindal and the GOP.

8. It was a Cat 2 and still we can see that if this storm had actually hit

NOLA head on and was a Cat 3 or 4, the city would be done in. During the strike they had, the levies and water was quite high.. didn't look all that good.
