When were they planning to announce this? Or were they? Palin had

not announced this for the past 5 months in her own state. The day of McCain's announcement of his pick, we saw the daughter doing whatever she could to hide the fact that she was pregnant during the public appearance, and then she didn't appear in public. Were they going to just keep her out of the public eye until after the election and then she would have her baby after the election was over?

We've spent 8 years with an administration who has lied and covered up and hidden anything of import that might have any negative reaction. We're already seeing that Palin is the same. I think this is what is most important about this situation...it shows us that she cannot be trusted and will be another to actively work to hide information from the public, in order to advance her own career.

But there were some photos that clearly showed she looked really chubby in her stomach area.
So, the hiding didn't work very well. Which might have forced their hand to come out with this story.

Remember all the comments saying "it has to be her baby, she is always holding him.
She wasn't holding him b/c it was her kid..she was holding him and his blanket, etc.. to hide her swollen stomach.
