McCain clinched the nomination 3 months before Obama
McCain clinched on March 3rd, Obama on June 3rd.

McCain had nearly 6 months to prepare his vice presidential search, vet any possibilities, and make a careful decision - more than 3 months more time than Obama had - Obama really only had 2 1/2 months.

But who made the more careful decision?

McCain made his decision late Thursday night after having only met Palin once before. And we all know she wasn't properly vetted.

Obama actually knew his running mate before deciding on him, and knew Biden was someone he could work with. Biden had been carefully vetted by Obama's VP search team.

7. I really don't know what mcCain was doing with the head start that he had before Obama.

Seriously just from a quick review of her past it would be a no go. I really hope it wakes people up to the type of President McCain would make and I hope the media picks up on it. He is not a Maverick he is just reckless.

13. Sometimes, a maverick is a bold, independent thinker
and sometimes, he's just nuts.

8. McCain is not in control of his own campaign
It looks like turmoil to me.
Is that how he intends to run the country?

11. McCain doesn't speak for the McCain campaign.
Yukon Barbie is only McCain's pick. The campaign's real pick will be announced shortly.

15. My guess is that he vetted several carefully...
then shit himself after Obama's acceptance speech, and decided to throw everything out the window and pick whatever candidate he could think of that would garner the most attention.
