Obama "I Am Offended" By Claim about Palin rumors
Speaking in Monroe, Michigan, the Senator denies his campaign is behind rumors about Sarah Palin’s youngest child.

“I am offended by that statement. There is no evidence at all that this involves us.”

Vows to fire any staffer found to be spreading the rumor that Trig Palin is actually the son of Gov. Palin’s daughter.

Notes that his own mother had him when she was 18, and tells reporters to “back off” the story.

Exactly, Obama needs to keep his hands clean on this.

I however do feel it needs to be investigated. At least be told and let people make their own decision. Hell look at all the crap that is spread on the radio and RW blogs about Obama...like the Muslim crap, birth certificate, Ayers, etc. When Palin accepted the VP nod she made herself and her family fair game.

The whole story of Sarah Palin's last pregnancy is fishy.

I don't think its attacking Bristol. I feel for her. Its her mother by accepting the VP nod who drug this on to the national stage.

4. As he should.
Meanwhile, the hypocrisy of refuglican fambly values needs to be kept front and center.

What sort of mom would subject her pregnant unmarried daughter to national media exposure in order to advance her political career?

P.S. Karl Rove got his start by breaking into and bugging his own office. Maybe it's the McCain camp who are spreading the rumor that the Obama camp is spreading the rumors.
