If you get the chance catch the Saudi Arabia episode. Very eye opening. The one on the Texas/US border is a good one also. It puts the immigration issue in a light that most people can relate to. Only watch the Southwest episode if you want to see Alice Cooper and Ted Nugent on the same show. :)

the extent of seeing how much is cancelled---I thought they were hardly going to have a convention that equals a huge advantage to us!!!

I did not watch the Democratic convention why would I watch theirs? Blech. Dog and pony show.

The Dem convention was a dog and pony show. And a damn fine one at that. The GOP is a full blown circus. Not that I'm watching, mind you.

I have never seen two less electrifying speakers at a convention - ever. They were doing a rah rah rah for the hurricane victims by pointing out that all the governors involved in the affected states are republican! So much for "country first." But their joint pep talk was putting the audience in serious danger of dying of boredom.

I didn't think it was possible that a republican wife could be as vacuous and insipid as Laura Bush, but Cindy McCain proved that she has the same empty, valium-inspired affect as Laura.
Now I need to go take some amphetamines and drink some coffee to try to jump start my body after that short exposure to their double team snooze fest.
