WTF happened to this place?

The good information is getting buried by the rubbish, again.

"Jeff Gannon is really a chemtrail birthed by an unmarried 17 year old from Alaska whose mother immaculately conceived a developmentally disabled child, while blowing up a chicken coup to legitimate the 911 Truth movement."

This is what it has come to. Now if you tell that chemtrail was fathered by the meth induced rage of an NAE president in an airport bathroom, while James Dobson sat in the corner and displayed "himself" then I might have something to contribute.

2. No kidding! This is beyoned bizzarre!

Obama has asked folks to cease and desist, and said it reflects badly on us. He doesn't want to be associated with this and yet it continues! This makes us look stupid. Attack on this issues.There is a lot there but one would never know it!

I see posts on Troopergate (and her lawyering up), Bridgegate, Palin's possible membership in the secessionist Alaskan Independence Party, her involvement in a pro-Stevens 527, her involvement with Dominionist nutcases.

Along, of course, with many off-the-wall and some not so off-the-wall Babygate posts.

Mostly what I'm wading through are endless reams of handwringing posts, trying to convince people that what they discuss on an internet forum has some magickal influence on the success of the Obama/Biden ticket.

All this, and I just logged on about 10 minutes ago. Seems to me that DU is just busily multitasking with the usual mixture of the sublime and the ridiculous, as always.

:shrug:

7. Yep it is. I just mashed together some OPs from today with some notorious ones from the past.

All of em big time wasters.

It took me to get to page two before a thread that had any informative link to troopergate or AIP. I had to wade through muck about pregnant teenagers and phantom pregnancies to get there.
