No matter what kind of candidate we nominate, Republicans find something to bitch and complain about

If we nominate a candidate who is inspiring and charismatic, they say he is too vapid and not substantive.

If we DO nominate a candidate who is a nerdy policy wonk, they mock him for being too boring.

If we nominate an outsider, they say he is "untested" and not experienced.

If we nominate a candidate with significant levels of experience, they say he is part of the establishment and it's time for a change.

If we nominate a war veteran, they dismiss, mock and smear his military record.

If we nominate a candidate who did not serve, they are deemed not ready to be commander-in-chief because they did not serve.

If we nominate a DLC centrist, they say he is a deceptive, dishonest liberal in disguise.

If we nominate a liberal, they demonize him for being a liberal.

If we nominate a candidate who was educated at the best schools, they say he is an elitist.

If we nominate a candidate who didn't go to college or went to a mediocre state school, they say he is a lightweight and not ready.

I mean, gee whiz, is there a candidate that we could nominate that they would kindly not bitch and complain about?
