2. Rarely do I have to turn OFF NPR due to the LIES!
Two days in a row now!! Yesterday, it was primarily because Palin was just too offensive. Today because of the Iraq lies.

While I miss listening to NPR, the sound of the sea gulls and the crashing surf is, at least, real!

6. I've been increasingly shocked at some of the NPR stuff I hear.
It's like I think my radio dial is accidently on a RW AM station... this has been on only two occasion, but both
within this last week; but then I don't listen to NPR much, so who knows how many there have been.

The one I hear today was like an advertisement spouting all the GOP happy talk about the convention ... and it was eiry too,
in that it sort of stood out like a sore thumb with the preceeding and following segments.
