His delivery is terrible
Deer in the headlights look while he's reading, stumbling, smiling/scowling insanely at inappropriate times, enfeebled and shaky. Banging on his little podium like Mussolini.

The text is hardly inspiring - insipid stuff, trite, throwaway lines.

I'll give this to Poppy Bush - he was a terrible speaker like McNut but his delivery in 1988 was flawless and his text was elegant. This is just total crap.

1. It truly is bad. He's no speaker, that's for sure. He can sorta read
but not well. And it's so STILTED; even when he tries to inject a little passion and feeling into it, it's so phony it's not even funny.

3. It doesn't matter. Mark my words, the media will
say it was a truly great, inspiring speech. That it was reminiscent of Regan and Lincoln, and that it blew Obama's speech out of the water. Just watch.
