On edit, I can't imagine they have permission to use ANY of this music. I only hope they get sued to hell and back for doing it.

2. It would've been better if they'd used "Gonna go Crazy On You" as Sarah's intro music
(or, to switch to another band, "Happiness Is A Warm Gun".)

Its performance is covered by a blanket license like almost all music. Where they run into problems is when they reproduce a song as part of taped commercial.
