VP debate: Biden should address the moderator and the camera

Shake hands with Palin at the beginning and end of the debate but he should speak only to the American people during the debate, let her know she doesn't matter.

2. I think he should look
at her when she's foaming at the mouth, but only once...to give her the "Rudy eyebrow". Sometimes silence is simply deafening, and Joe knows how to deliver "the look."
