If I Were David Axelrod
I think Obama needs to maintain his current message. Defend against Mccain, not Palin. Publicly beg for the issues to be talked about. Also, I think Obama should challenge Mccain to a policy debate. A debate with no questions, but each candidate with a power point and ten minutes to speak about major issues (IE- taxes, foreign policy, etc). I just think Obama would slaughter Mccain in that setting.

I think they need to document the number of lies, however, that were in Palin's speech. Have the campaign and Biden, not Obama personally, spread word of a new website that dissects the speech and stops and explains each lie. I would call the website 28lies.com.........or whatever the number of lies they want to claim is.

The beauty of it would be that Mccain would have to talk about the issues to dispute it and if Mccain just let's it go..........28lies.com could be a well that you can go to until November. Imagine in a debate for Biden or Obama to be able to say "they have no ideas and put forth a speech with 28 proven lies at their convention" Make them look as desperate as they are!

Also, they should create their own site that mirrors ObamaTaxCut.com and encourage everyone to go there. Make it so easy for the low information voters to see what's right in front of them!

Will you guys start calling me "The Architect", already????

1. And call them LIES not untruths, mis-characterizations, or misleading statements.

3. Exactly
If the Obama camp played this right.......the website could be the lingering story of the RNC.

Do they take suggestions......this would have to be up by Monday!

2. I agree with the primary premise of your post, but disagree on Joe
calling out Palin and the Pugs on their lies. Joe is on message with Barack right now, talking issues and policies. It's being quite effective, I think. Take a look at this link to watch Joe in Sarasota and see if you don't agree.

5. Ha! The anchor in the first clip says Joe "racked up credentials" after being elected to the Senate
at the young age of 29! Thank you!
