Funny thought just hit me. When McCain FIRST appeared tonite, he appeared
before a blue halo against a black backdrop. Sort of reminded
me of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind"... either that or
the scene when ET first arrives on Earth.

It had an "outer space" feel to it. Rather appropriate, I think.

That's it exactly. I said something similar to my fiancee immediately - - that he looked like some weird-looking, short, wizened alien stepping out of a UFO or a transporter beam.
