Hardly any talk of economic issues the past 3 nights.
Very short on specifics but they criticize Obama for the same! He delivered last week but they didn't!

2. If you can't admit there is a problem with the economny...
You are not going to have a plan to fix it so they had nothing to talk about.

Values, values, POW, values, values, 9/11, values values, it was Bristol's CHOICE, values, values, A Dog with Lipstick.

3. Can't exactly push the "high gas prices" when they've been going down
(and your party was the one who said "let the market drive the prices" ...)

4. What did you expect...?
The Republicans have nothing they can run on in the economic sphere. If they were honest, it would be "our belief in the free-market system demands that we keep on doing what we've been doing the past eight years, forever, and hope we'll get different results this time."

But, since they have nothing to offer, their only nod to economics is to repeatedly lie, "Barack Obama will raise your taxes! Be afraid! Be very afraid!" :eyes:

5. Well, when your track record for 8 years is:
2001-2005: 1st term ends with overall job LOSS. FIVE YEARS before A net new job was created (and even then they had to cook numbers to pull it off).

2005-2007: "Jobless recovery"; very few liveable wage jobs created as opposed to many low-paying, no benefit service jobs despite the wealthy and corporations enjoying record incomes and profits, respectively. Job churn (that is 150k jobs needed every month to accommodate incoming/outgoing workers) numbers acheived 7 times in this 36 month period.

2008: soon to be 8 STRAIGHT MONTHS of job losses. Unemployment rate increases. Stock Market indexes plunge.

More frightening workplace statistics from the Bewsh era:

But hey, lets all look at the big dumb shiny Alaskan object everyone!
