Any one else notice that Mccain's speech sounds like he adopted some of Obama's campaign rhetoric?

I commented about it in another post. Even my husband noticed it. Did anyone else notice it or am I just being overly sensitive here? I'm sure there are more examples in the speech but I can't bear to listen to it more than once.

Change
Volunteerism and community service (despite Palin's mockery of community service)
Washington outsider.

Then of course Mccain using artists' music that he had never gotten persmission to use and in Heart's case, used the music anyway despite Heart telling him not to use it.

:wtf:

10. This is something Obama should address.
"Are you going to sit there and let someone who helped cause all the problems we have in Washington tell you he's the one to fix them?"

3. He used Hillary "More that unites us than divides us"
He used Bill "If it's a good idea, use it, regardless of the party that thought of it"

He used Gore, Kennedy and others.

Last night he tried to run as a Republican against Republicans. FAIL.

7. YES, I noticed. The McCain campaign has stolen Obama's campaign theme and slogans!
They REALLY must've thought they were going to lose big time.

BTW, this is a typical ROVIAN move. Attack your opponent's strengths, not weaknesses. Use your own weaknesses by repeating over and over how strong you are in that area (e.g., if you're under investigation for corruption, use as advertising PR that you people think you're trustworthy and honest with integrity)....and steal your opponent's themes and messages and make them your own. People who aren't paying attention won't know whose "change" message came first.

11. As sooon as Obama's numbers started to rise, EVERYONE started copying his themes--the other Dem
hopefuls, the Pub hopefuls, EVERYone. Bush and McCain are also now talking about timetables in Iraq, shoring up Afghanistan, etc. In this case, imitation is the sincerest form of trying to steal the election.
