Corporate media probably will not make this point, so Dems need to hammer this point home every time the opportunity arises.

Come on Dems - HAMMER AWAY.

3. She's probably in training for the debates, where her ass will be handed to her
by Big Joe.

she's got a lot of studying to do, and it doesn't sound like she's the smartest cookie in the cookie jar (6 colleges in 6 years??? sheesh!)

6. This aint sexism---this is a firewall to prevent Media from doing
its job.

Please get it through your sweet little noggins. The GOP does not fear
the Media.

Why has GWB bedn able to pull off all his shenanigans. When the Media
cries out, he just kept on going--doing what he wanted and totally
ignoring them. The GOP Congress likewise would just yell at the
Media or talk down to them and kept on doing what they were doing.
(The Media cowers)

The best thing that could happen would be for the Media and the Blogs
including all reputable newspapers and magazines to simply go dark
on Palen. Obama is running against McCain. Cover Obama and
McCain. The way DU , Other Websites, TV are acting one would think
she is the Presidential Nominee.

10. I think you don't get what I'm saying. Of course it's a firewall. But, calling it plain sexism is
an easily understood hook.

12. In a way I agree with you. We need to pull out all the stops
and that includes calling sexism on them even where there isn't any. Some of their pundits are already doing it to us, so why shouldn't we accuse them of the same.

15. Oh, it's still sexism in its own way. They knew people would look at her face and legs and not care
that she's a fascist mouthpiece armed with GOPAC talking points. Unles, of course, a few real reporters got her real views into print.

11. McCain and the politics of mortality
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0908/13096.html

a look at the actuarial tables insurance companies use to evaluate customers shows that it’s not an irrelevant one. According to these statistics, there is a roughly 1 in 3 chance that a 72-year-old man will not reach the age of 80, which is how old McCain would be at the end of a second presidential term. And that doesn’t factor in individual medical history, such as McCain’s battles with potentially lethal skin cancer.

“For a man, that’s above the expected lifetime at the present,” said Michael Powers, a professor of risk management and insurance at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

The odds of a 72-year-old man living four more years, or one full White House term, are better. But for a man who has lived 72 years and 67 days (McCain’s age on Election Day this year), there is between a 14.2 and 15.1 percent chance of dying before Inauguration Day 2013, according to the Social Security Administration’s 2004 actuarial tables and the authoritative 2001 mortality statistics assembled by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

13. Let Sarah talk!
She's obviously a great communicator as we saw in her convention speech - a pit bull in lipstick I think she said.

She has become the face of the campaign - a superstar they say...

No VP choice has ever energized a party like this.

Let us bask in her opinions and policies

Let Sarah speak. We need her!

Free Sarah!

:sarcasm: (just in case)

on her own.

I'm not being facetious here, I don't think she can do it alone.

Just look at her speech- all fire and lies, no substance.
