CNN just reported that S.Palin really does not know

the exact date that her son Track Palin will be going to Iraq.

This is another example of the ploys they use to build sympathy

CNN also brought up the law that prehibits telling the exact date.

You'll see.

At any rate, the kid will be treated like royalty and kept away from danger, that's for sure.

This is one very dishonest woman. I don't believe a word she says, nor anything any Republican says about her.

And Palin "turbo-charges" the argument, in my opinion.... bringing pro-oil and extreme religious Right ideology onto the ticket.

So much of what has been put forth as her record are exaggerations or lies -- and then there's the omissions. She has no record, and so by necessity they're manufacturing a maverick image for her.

These people have no shame whatsoever.

My son in law just left for Afghanistan a few days ago and was told that for security purposes he was not allowed to publicly state the exact date he was going though we all knew anyway.

The problem is that NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE. The Repukes' "base" hates the media and the so-called undecided voters don't trust them either.

I don't think it's possible to beat the Republicans until the people who actually think outnumber the people who don't.

We can't even go negative and, say, trash McCain's war record and career in the Senate (which we KNOW the Repukes would do) because horribly negative stuff like that is anathema to our base (intelligent, sensitive people). But when they do it, their base eats it up. It's only when the people in the middle naturally lean more to our side that we can win.

Actually, a "Republicans Are Liars" strategy might work.

I assume that Palin prayed to herself and then September 19th emphasized that he will likely be going to IRAQ, and for all the right reasons - to serve his country. So I guess his patriotism was the dirty secret that they didn't want out - or maybe...maybe....What other event took place during that time for that family?

It was posted a while back in the comments section of a blog entry by the same person who seemed to be the first on the 'net to say "actually, Sarah and Bristol were pregnant at the same time" and we know how THAT has played out. The website has alot of locals on it, dishing dirt..lots of good links, provided, too. It was one of the locals who wrote about the pregnancies.
Said Track Palin had wanted to get into Univ of Alaska to play on their ice hockey team and that didn't quite work out for him. Poster said his father made him join because of his potentially "dismal future". But, who knows, there may have been a "jail or Iraq" thing going on, too.

She is "about five months pregnant". This is an old trick I learned dating women that felt the need to date for a while about hooking up to early in the relationship. Go out the last day of the month and then at 12:01 you say wow we have been dating two months now. Would you like Pancakes for breakfast. New Years eve was even better.

If Bristol got pregnant end of May and you announce it September 1 - that is about five months. May, June, July, Aug and Sept = 5 months. Then again 4 months is about 5 months as well. So she could have gotten pregnant June 30th and saying about 5 months is really only 1 month off with that reasoning.
