8. What you want to see is the item listed at the bottom - the divorce petition
If there is any allegation of adultery it would have to be in the petition and, in most states, it would have to name the "corespondent" (person with whom adultery was committed).

11. Yes, but also look at 4/30 when the case is re-opened.

13. Good catch - makes sense if the allegations are correct
you have the case reopened followed by an immediate stipulation (the same day 4/3) and then an order modifying custody/visitation and accepting the terms of the stipulation on 5/19.

If there were hanky panky going on in the vicinity of the children it may have been an application to bar certain people from the home where the children live or something along those lines, so the stipulation would be the thing to look for.

14. Yep, courts often don't like to re-open recently litigated divorce settlements, without
good reason usually involving children.

I don't know anything at all about courts in Alaska, but I know some states have laws limiting the frequency of revisiting previously litigated divorce terms.

10. It opened up just now--- I could get the docket list (as posted above)
under this docket search number:
3PA-07-01581CI

The menu tabs and dropdown menu for the individual petitions isn't working. (other pages aren't loading)

Feels like a server problem for now. Keep trying....
