did anyone hear about the fake handmade signs at the RNC?

I heard something in the car last night on NPR, I think it was Farai Chedeya reporting from the floor. Some of the signs that looked homemade to the cameras were actually mass-produced and all over the hall.

Did I hear that right?

I've painted some mass-produced hand-painted signs for rallies. It's just not unusual.

13. These weren't spontaneous. They were made by the campaign for a highly choreographed moment

A bunch of signs about hockey moms went up just before she read her hockey mom/pitbull/lipstick line.

At the Obama/Biden rally in Springfield they wouldn't let anyone bring signs in through the security checkpoint. Once we got in the campaign handed out signs, some of them printed and some hand-made.

But at least the Obama campaign managed to SPELL THEIR SIGNS CORRECTLY.
