Palin is The EARMARK queen! No reformer
Forget the pitbull-is she qualified meme. Palin is adored by conservatives who think she will "take on Washington." Sorry, but Sarah has ALREADY done Washington: getting on a plane, sashaying around the capitol and coming home with $27 million in earmarks (you know those hateful, corrupting earmarks that the Repukes love to hate?) for a town that was less than 6,000 peeps at the time... The per capita rate was out of the ballpark, even by Washington-lobbyist-porkbarrel pro standards. So the gal knows how to be a Good Ole Boy better than the best of them. They better rethink that Reformer Queen title and WE better get the truth out about Palin's Love of Govt Lard.
Yaaaawhee.

1. Good post! It is true, her love of earmarks totally contradicts McLousy's stance. nt

2. I don't see how a governor's ability to secure earmarks can count against her.
That's what governors are supposed to do.

3. Not when she was governor, when she was mayor of Wasilla.
"ST. PAUL, Minn., Sept. 1 -- Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin employed a lobbying firm to secure almost $27 million in federal earmarks for a town of 6,700 residents while she was its mayor, according to an analysis by an independent government watchdog group.

There was $500,000 for a youth shelter, $1.9 million for a transportation hub, $900,000 for sewer repairs, and $15 million for a rail project -- all intended to benefit Palin's town, Wasilla, located about 45 miles north of Anchorage."

6. They lie through their ears
And few fact-check their fabrications.
