I work with a bunch of right wing morons
All of them love Bush, will vote for McCain even though he is no Bush, Loooooooooooooove Palin and like to regurgitate the latest Hannity talking point to me every chance they get. Without exception, the most vocal arrogant pricks are also the least knowledgeable. When challenged, they can never back up their assertions and resort to insults.

They think they are hillarious but they just come off as stupid.

One of them sent me this joke in an email last night.

There is a young girl setting on her front porch playing with some young newborn kittens when Obama comes walking down the sidewalk and sees her sitting there.

He walks up to her and asks what kind of kittens they are and the girl says "they are Democrats."

Obama thinks this is just great, and he leaves to get the press and media to film the girl and kittens to ad in his campaign. He comes back the next day with the cameras.

He asks the girl again what kind of Kittens they are with the cameras rolling. The Girl says "they are Republicans." Obama is shocked and says " I thought they were democrats?" Then the little girl looks up at him and says " Well yesterday, Their eyes hadn't opened yet."

I responded with this

And a few days later 2 of those kittens were arrested and charged with corruption and the other was caught having gay sex in a Minnesota airport bathroom.

They shut up about politics the rest of the night.

1. nice work.
My sympathies are with you. I live in GA, so you never know what someone is thinking. Fortunately, I have a wide swath of liberal friends, which makes life a lot easier.

9. Yep, and Bush was the one asking her.
The morans can't even come up with their own jokes, they have to steal them from us.

Excellent reply, but do they even know about the police raids and arrests in MN?

3. You have my sympathy. I used to work part time in
a small office where the morons listened to Rush in the morning and Hannity in the afternoon. They were the stupidest people I'd ever met. Example: One winter day it was exceptionally cold for Southern California and one of the idiots comes out with, "Tell me again about global warming." And then they all had a big laugh.

No getting through to these types. Their brains are gone.

16. The stuff I had to do was very mundane and didn't require
much thought, so I brought a walkman and tuned them out. Even then I only lasted a few months. It was a horrible environment.

12. They are emotionally damaged....
They have no empathy for their fellow human beings. They are fearful and want to lash our violently at everyone who is not a mirror of themselves. They are dishonest about their sexuality so they molest and rape children. If they are gay, they cover their homsexuality by becoming the most outwardly homophobic people in their community. I am sure there are some other aspects of their emotional turmoil that I have not covered. Any more examples, class?

15. Their pride in their ignorance is the most frightening!
How do you fight that? How do you get through to people who want to remain ignorant?

My mother went from being a vibrant, caring, kind-hearted democrat to a fearful, mean-spirited, republican shrill. The very week the MSM finally came out & admitted that there were no WMD in Iraq, my mother still clung to that belief. When I told her that even the MSM was reporting that they did not exist, she stuck her fingers in her ears & chanted "La, la, la. I'm not listening." My husband & I sat there with our jaws gaping to watch a 66 year old woman behave that way.

13. "They think they are hilarious"
A Republican actually came into the Obama office and asked if there were any hockey moms around. Not a kid either, a 70 year old man. Dressed very well, obviously successful. Thought he was a riot. What the hell is that about anyway. How rude.
