Zogby seems to think Barr voters will eventually come home to McCain

Does he think Palin is going to cause this???? On the contrary, Barr voters are not the type of conservatives to be attracted to someone with Palin's views. In fact, she represents exactly what they don't like about the Republican party at this instance.

Barr is pulling in as much as 8% in many swing states. Even if Barr loses half of that he will hurt McCain profoundly.

1. Third party numbers tend to sharply drop
on election day. They have not GOTV effort to speak of, and people at the end of the day want their vote to matter.

4. I agree with him.
Any vote for a third party is a wasted vote. They'll vote McCain

5. What about Ron Paul voters?
The repukes pulled 35000, Paul pulled in 10000, and without any press coverage. That seems pretty substantial. Will they hold out or vote for McLame?

7. I still see more Paul signs than anything here in Mass.
And the one Paul supporter I know of is quite insane and thinks Paul is the only one to save the world. His vote won't be switching to McCain. :)

10. kind of interesting
that Barr is so popular. Just weird. Where the hell do they find these people?

At least it helps us--so it is all good...but still weird.
