ABC News' Gibson lands first Palin interview
ABC News' Gibson lands first interview with Palin since she was named McCain's running mate

(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.) Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has agreed to sit down with ABC's Charles Gibson later this week for her first television interview since John McCain chose her as his running mate more than a week ago.

Palin will sit down for multiple interviews with Gibson in Alaska over two days, most likely Thursday and Friday, said McCain adviser Mark Salter.

The interview with Palin was confirmed Friday, ABC News spokesman Jeffrey Schneider said.

How "fair" is Mr. Gibson going to be when he interviews Ms. Palin? The last time I saw Gibson in action, he was hostile and confrontational with Barack Obama. That was the last time I watched his news show. Now, if he does anything comparable Ms. Sarah, Media proclaimed Rock Star, the Right Wing of the country are going to scream and have a fit, and we can't have that. I predict that Gibson will make sure that Sarah shines. After all, they both want to protect Mr. Gibson's capital tax rate, which appears to be his priority. God Bless the United Corporations of America!
