Fox News just repeated the lie about the DNC flags, calling them trashed
and ended with 'the DNC said they were going to be used at a future event' (with a subtle unbelieving tone of voice).

Well, that's Fox News being the GOP shills that they are.

The DNC says they were going to be used and there is no reason to doubt them.
The republicans trespassed and stole those flags. They had no right to even be there.

7. That was my post!
I posted a few different responses there, pissed as all hell last night with the one troll who posted a picture of flags mixed in with real trash, which is something you'd find after any large political event.

No way these were being thrown away, rolled up nicely, banded together, 12,000 of them.

And the "vendor's" story sounded like a child's string of lies...

And yes, there was a crime here, or maybe more than one; theft and receiving stolen property.

:hi:

14. Good for you! I volunteered for the DNC in 2004 and I can say
that they would not throw away 12,000 flags. They don't operate like that. They are careful to keep anything useful, especially flags. I know because I was helping out in that regard.

Besides theft, the republicans committed slander. They obviously do not believe in the commandments "Thou shall not steal." and "Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.".

"receiving stolen property"

Yes, they were obviously stolen.

12. Besides, that's just a few flags, not the same size, and nowhere near
12,000. These 7 flags are smaller. There is only 1 bag with over 1 flag in it. To get 12,000 flags they would have had to go through about 12,000 bags. I don't THINK so.

These pictures could very well have been staged. We don't know. There may or may not have been a few flags in the trash. With over 80,000 people it is difficult to prevent. It wouldn't surprise me if there were a few in the trash at the RNC.

These photos are a diversion from the issue of the 12,000 flags that were stolen. It's just a stunt and a cover-up for their crime.

10. Thanks..
"To You Idiots Who Think The Flags Were Trash
They weren't. Get a life, or at least enough intelligence to read what actually happened before automatically believing the disgusting right-wing lies you people soak up like a dry sponge. The flags were not trash...they were neatly bundled and were to be used at a later event. The fact that the RepubliCONS have to invent lie after lie after lie in order to appeal to the kool-aid drinking idiots who support them is nothing but more proof that they have NOTHING to offer in the way of policies or solutions, and have to rely on tricks and stunts to appeal to voters.

If the Obama Campaign didn't know before..they know now that mccain operatives will stop at nothing to give us another 4 years of left over pig slop.

3. Fox - forget them
Fox - just republican mouthpieces.

For truly unbiased reporting, watch CNN or MSNBC.

5. Did anyone expect anything different?
It's Fox "news."

and our candidate just enabled and legitimized them Thursday night.

Of course they're going to behave that way.
