2. The Independent...

Andrew Halcro comes off as the most competent, with Democrat Tony Knowles a close second.

The striking thing is how generic Palin's answers are. She comes off as very poised and telegenic. She looks right into the camera lens where the other two look at the questioner. She even looks like she is lit diferently than the other two.

She is obviously far more media savvy than the others. But if your really analyze the responses to the questions, hers are the most generic. She answers almost every question the same way. She always defers to "the people" and their will. The only exception is her foray into abortion questions. On those she is solidly anti abortion except in the case of the health of the mother.

All in all I would rate her as a very poised, telegenic faux populist, with very little substance after her rote ideology.

She is perfect for the low information voter.

3. She is mean
The last question was "If you won, would you hire your opponents and if so, for what job?'

She said she would hire former Gov Knowles as a chef since he seems to enjoy doing that -

I agree Halcro came off better than the other two. He was attacking Knoweles and Palin just kind of slipped in answers - true very generic answers.
