Correct me if I am wrong, but the story seems to be dying out.

It's one thing to call Obama unqualified, or a "celebrity" or something else pertaining to his ability to be president, but the remark that this guy made was just out and out racism. It should not just wither on the vine.

1. Gee..Could it be that the media is owned by the repukes,,,so they do not bother to report
anything that would damage the image of their candidate?

3. Is racism even a liability in his district?
Sadly, I'm guessing he won't have any problem getting reelected because of this.

Now, that whole thing on Colbert where he couldn't name all the 10 commandments, even though he wants to pass a law to post them in public buildings... That might be enough to bring him down.

6. Exactly. Unless somebody just outright says the "N" word ...
dealing with race is a losing issue for Obama. Too many whites just go apeshit when they are called out for being racists and some shaky undecided voters will bail at any hint that Obama is playing the "race card". I hate these kinds of voters, but we need their votes in this competitive election.

7. Westmoreland
is a nobody. We are trying to take back the White House and this controversy is just a distraction not worth getting in to.
