"It's not about you" Sarah Palin.

For some reason these words were glued to my mind when I woke up this morning. As I began to get ready for the day, I remembered where they first stuck out to me. Those are the first five words in Rick Warren's book, "The Purpose Driven Life." The book speaks of serving your community and I couldn't quit thinking about the sanctimonious, condescending comment she made in her RNC speech:"I guess being mayor is kind of like a community organizer, only you have actual responsibilities." What a pompous slap in the face to all the social workers, firemen, police, teachers, and many more of us who work to ensure that those in the "community" are taken care of.

The more I think of it, the more I see what a self-centered person Ms. Palin really is. Sure you say, the speech was written for her, but if she truly believes in the "Christianity" she touts, then she should have asked for those words to be eliminated from that speech. A leader would have stood up and done the right thing. She has shown she is NO leader, only a puppet like George Bush.

Even sell her Pentecostal soul!
