This shift to David Gregory may be better for Olbermann
After reading the article on it by Howard Kurtz of the Post, he makes it seem like now, KO can be himself more and not have to wear the neutral hat. He can be his partisan self when he provides analysis, which I think we all will love. The only question is, how often will he be giving his analysis.

1. I agree
This may allow him more freedom. I just hope he's not part of a panel because they are annoying when they interrupt and argue between them.

2. I can't watch even more of Gregory than I already do---I just can't. I can't stand his
goofy-ass smirk, I want to ball up my fist and smash his face in--especially when he frames EVERYTHING as "Obama's arrogant", or "Obama's in trouble", etc. So, it might be good for Keith, but it's bad for me.

4. David Gregory is a right wing tool and Karl Rove's dancing partner
Gregory is as non-partisan as Sean Hannity. He's a terrible host of his own show "Race for the White House".

5. I would tend to agree.
Just look at the highest rated cable news shows and you'll see that the most partisan ones are also the highest rated. People want to watch the stuff that reinforces their beliefs no matter which side their on. The only trouble is that reality has a liberal bias. So real hard news will always be perceived as liberal spin.
