Hotline tracking poll: Obama: 44% McCain 44%
New York, NY – The Diageo/Hotline Daily Tracker Poll finds that John McCain used last week’s Republican National Convention to bounce back from a 6-point deficit against Barack Obama in our September 5 Poll to make the race a dead-heat with 44% of voters supporting McCain, 44% of voters supporting Obama and 10% undecided.

Both Obama and McCain have identical approval/disapproval ratings 54-38
Palin has a 48/24 approval/disapproval
Biden has a 48/26 approval/disapproval

On Friday, the Diageo/Hotline Daily Tracker Poll, conducted by FD, showed Barack Obama leading John McCain 46%-40%, with 10% undecided. Today’s poll is the first Diageo/Hotline Daily Tracker Poll conducted entirely after the GOP convention (in particular, Sarah Palin’s and John McCain’s speeches). And, the results show that the GOP convention has significantly helped McCain, who has bounced back from a deficit against Obama in the wake of the Democratic National Convention to make the race dead even.

2. At this point in the GE it's wise not to believe any polls.
The MSM is in the bag for reich-wingers so anything that's coming out now in the face of such devastating numbers in the economy and occupation of Iraq, is fabricated.

Lest we forget... MSM are Republican propaganda machines as Olbermann and Matthews now discover themselves.

6. WTF is the matter with "undecided" voters?
Jesus... if people are undecided at this point, I want to punch them in the face. Seriously. Ok, so I won't punch them in the face because I do want them voting for Obama, but they are IDIOTS.
