It's Our Turn to Be SWIFTBOATERS - With Truth on Our Side!!!

Bush didn't have to kill Kerry because the Swiftboaters did it.

So, we have to be Swiftboaters. We have to put out a book so vicious that it makes headlines - and this time, we can do it without telling a single lie.

All of you who want Obama to do it are forgetting, so quickly, that we also have power, and nothing needs to stop us if WE decide to be as vicious as we want Obama to be.

Donating, door-to-door, yes, but WE have the power to smear McCain and Palin into horse dung. And we have enough material to do it. We just have to decide to take the steps to make it happen.

If we're pissed enough, we'll do it.

Maybe we should just do what we DO have the power to do, and do it like crazy, instead of looking for magic bullets.

The truth alone, if publicized enough, would be enough to sink them.

But don't expect some kind of instant book collective without a leader.

If we got together, we could raise the $$ for an ad. DUers in Alaska could find the people to talk. And wasn't there a guy out there already saying McCan't didn't do as much in Vietnam as he claimed? That even made the media.

At least look into how his first wife feels about him being Prez. An ad where she describes his lack of family values?

And the librarian that Caribou Barbie approached to ask about book banning.

and McCain and Palin to get anywhere near a microphone, let alone into regular rotation, and certainly will turn any lie against the entire Dem party.

Besides, the swifts DIDN'T cut into Kerry's vote - RNC and GOP fraud during the entire election process dragged Bush back into the WH.

But the books made it to all of the right places. They got to every kiosk, every grocery store, etc.

And even if it wasn't the major player, it certainly didn't hurt.

for Dems. In fact, when Kitty Kelley's TRUE book about Bushes came out, most of the corpmedia targeted HER for a takedown as they downplayed and dis,issed the facts in her book.

If the media won't give a Dem a mic to blast the RW with the truth, why do you assume they'd allow any Dem to get away with a lie?

What the Republicans did to John Kerry was one of the sickest, saddest, most pathetic things I've ever witnessed in my entire life. To profess to love our troops, and them mock an honored hero like that is lower than disgusting. It is abbhorant.

Hell, Obama can talk tough. We can talk tough, but not at the expense of the truth. Never at the expense of the truth. I don't give a shit if that is what THEY do. We have to be better than them. If we lose telling the truth then we will have lost with our heads held high.

Surely we are better than that.

If "Swiftboating" isn't the correct word, what would you have me use?

I'm not saying "Lie". I'm saying we have to fight our way into the public eye. I think the Alaskans are starting to make their point. And they are credible. Perhaps all we have to do is support them.

I'm not sure that it's a general American sentiment. I do understand that it's a DU sentiment.

But it's okay. There are other avenues besides DU.
