The media isn't going to stop talking about Palin just because WE do....

It's foolish to think that if we all stop talking about her, that the MSM won't talk about her anymore.


They're driving the story... and all we can hope to do is help steer it.


Putting your hands over your eyes, ears, and mouth and shouting "stop talking about her" won't make the story go away.

I think it just boils down to the fact that this is an Internet message board. People should be free to discuss whatever the hell they want to.

A woman with no experience and whose record on the issues would make Mussolini flush beet red with pleasure has been SELECTED as our opposing candidate's running mate. Now, why in God's name would folks NOT want to talk about that???

McCain is supposedly running neck and neck with Obama now. Does anyone think Palin had anything to do with that or was it the joy of seeing McCain's corpse-like visage beaming down on America from the podium at the RNC convention that's contributed to his spike in the polls? I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest it was Palin.... :eyes:
