As nasty as Palin was in her speech I think Biden should be brutal with her

He should rattle off all her lies and respond in a sarcastic tone "Frankly Mrs. Palin, I can't find anything you have told the truth about. Everything you say is one lie and distortion after another. Everything you say is a noun a verb and a distortion. Seems you would take this country down the bridge to nowhere.

I can easily picture Biden saying something similar to this.

1. He shouldn't go easy on her in terms of policy, but he has to avoid
looking arrogant, condescending, know-it-all, and making her look like a sympathetic underdog.

2. I want Biden to steamroll her
I want and expect Biden to shut her down and humiliate her publicly. Expose her lies her extremist views and her utter lack of knowledge on issues.

3. VP Debate
Biden will CRUSH Caribou Barbie in the debate.

The question is how will the right-wing media spin it???

4. the assaults on her lack of record and her irrelevance
to modern U.S. citizens needs to be ruthless.

Small town values are to stay out of other people's business, including their bedrooms. Small town values are to help one another, to look out for family regardless of who is in that family or how they style theirs. Small town values are not the same thing as small minded values.

Sarah Palin once again manages to mix up her missing humanity with the rest of small town America.

5. Absolutely. No mercy for her. If Palin can't handle criticism and media scrutiny
she has no business being in that huge political arena called POTUS race. You need a really thick skin for the job, and frankly, neither she nor McCain have that.

And she certainly ain't no Kay Bailey Hutchinson or Elizabeth Dole - much less Hillary Clinton or Barbara Boxer. These women are pros and know how to handle media criticism.

6. No Mercy for McCain or Palin
The average American is a low-information Faux News Voter. They don't vote on issues nor do they care.. to the average voter this is high-school personality contest with a dose of American Idol thrown in. Most voters can't find Iraq on a map and have never heard of Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Sadly, Obama and Biden have to go for the low ball sound bites, go for the jugular and quit this Kerry '04 nice guy campaign. They should bring in Jerry Springer or Maury Povich as campaign advisors <sarcastic but true> You can't offend a Republican. They have no heart, no soul and the only thing they care about is how to get their next dollar from the little guy.

8. All Biden has said about Palin so far...
is that she is bright, interesting and gave a great speech (which he did not say were full of lies).

Good going Biden....
