Fellow Democrats, pardon my bluntness, but GROW A SET already
That includes you women.

This fretting over the "lipstick on a pig" and "stinks like a fish" comments by Obama is ridiculous.

We said we wanted a "fighter" this time.

Well... we got one.

QUIT APOLOGIZING FOR IT.

OWN IT.

Do you think the GOP would be "fretting" about a similar comment made by McCain? HELL NO! They would be laughing and calling us wimps for complaining about it.

The GOP wimps need to be called out. Tell them they are behaving like hysterical babies. That they need to get a sense of humor and quit being sensitive ninnies.

There is NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING sexist about calling McCain's change mantra an "attempt to put lipstick on a pig" or "to wrap an old fish with fresh newspaper".

There are WAY TOO MANY nervous nellies on this site.

Either join the attack, or get out of the way. The McCain/Palin policies need to be described in clear, basic, sound-bytes that the LIVs can understand.

"Lipstick on a pig" is perfect.

This "Oh no! What will the media say!? What will Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh say?!" stuff needs to end.

Pardon my french... but.. FUCK THEM. They've damn near ruined this country to the point that even an Obama presidency might not be able to save it. They deserve NO gentlemanly behavior. They deserve to be put away in prison as traitors.

At a MINIMUM, they deserve our ridicule.

Don't back off when we finally have a candidate that will ridicule them the way they deserve to be ridiculed.

They did it to a good man, Al Gore.

They did it to another good man, John Kerry.

Don't get so nervous when we start giving a little back.

I expect this thread to be deleted because of the words in my title... but so be it. You need to hear it.
