Everytime the Obama campaign mentions McCain or Palin, it should always be
accompanied by Liars and Crooks.

2. I don't think they should mention Palin at all. Ignore her. Give her
all the attention she's worth: NONE.
But yes, liar needs to be repeated A LOT.
And "dishonorable."
