If you see the original clip, he is talking about the same old McCain policies being dressed up with a new "change" label.
Then he said, you can put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig. You can wrap old fish in todays newspaper, but it's gonna stink.

That is the whole reason that the charge of "phoney" outrage is a true charge. His comments had absolutely nothing to do with Palin. But the opportunistic, insincere, Rovian McCain camp THOUGHT they saw an opportunity to roll out their trademark outrage and claim that Obama was insulting Palin.

THey are now exposed for the whiney crapmeisters that they are.
