It will include the former Governor of Alaska and someone else (I forgot the name). They're calling it "The Alaska Myth-busters."

7. Suggestion: don't pick one issue like the bridge to nowhere and focus on it
like it's the only thing wrong with their campaign or with Palin. After the worst administration and group of GOP enablers ever, there is a disaster in very policy area or one waiting to happen.

I don't think we should ignore Palin nor do I think we should focus on her. We can talk about her AND all the issues. More than enough crippling talking points if only we would get to them. Obama's lobbyist angle has been a good one. But the Obama/Palin conflict is what the press is focusing on and that diminishes Obama IMO.

I'd like to see a list of bad, bad ideological administration picks for offices or judgeships and talk about Palin as another one....maybe Biden or other surrogates can handle that.

15. For the record, Andrea Mitchell is married to
Alan Greenspan.
I really cannot consider her to be a neutral news source.

12. It sounds exciting. Obama needs to grab this by the horns shake it and he needs to attack this ->
education ad with extreme moral indignation. Expalin that any loving parent would be horrified to be misrepresented in such a way and why McCain is not fit to hold office.

18. They just played a tiny bit of the conference call on MSNBC, with Mayor of
Ketchikan, Bob Weinstein, part of the "Mythbusters Group," saying-"Sarah Palin never told Congress, 'Thanks but no thanks.' In fact, she never told the the Congress ANYTHING. The appropriations process for the bridge and the whole 'bridge to nowhere' controversy happened before she became governor. And she knew that when she became governor and she knows that today."

23. Earmark was spiked by Congress in Oct 2005, well before the AK gov. campaign ...
... during which Palin ran a pro-bridge campaign (since the earmark had been pulled but the money was still available).

Americans DO NOT like being lied to. No way to put this in more polite terms - Porky Pailin is a habitual liar.

Could it be she's snorting lines of OxyContin along with her baby boy?

By the time you get to the third sentence in the "record straightening", people have fallen asleep.

28. It probably should've been. But I think people DO get to ask questions
on these calls. We just don't hear them because the media doesn't cover it unless it involves lipstick.

29. perfect timing!
Isn't Palin going to do a sappy, teary, blatant pandering send off to her son tomorrow on 9 fucking 11 as he goes off to war. Hope they bring up the fact that the only reason he joined the army was to avoid the slammer.
