I am happy to admit it, Obama is running a great campaign! I am
happy to say that Obama is right. I want this election to be about the serious issues that we face as Americans and not about "personalities" as McSame's campaign wants. Biden said is best the other day, if you can't explain the failures of the last 8 years and you have no record to run on then it is best to make the campaign about "the other guy."

Obama speaks for me when he says, "ENOUGH!" He also speaks for me when he says, "These are serious times and they call for a serious debate...spare me all the phony outrage. Spare me all the phony talk about change."

Obama is doing a fine job and so is Biden. I like that McSame is whining and playing defense with his robotic, broken record, not ready to campaign on day one Palin.

Hit 'em hard and keep hitting. Fight for the middle class. Fight for the United States Constitution. Fight for putting America back on the right track. Fight for health care. Fight to end the Republican's endless war responsibly. Fight for the fact that American can do better. YES WE CAN!

1. I have to agree!
Remember when Gore ran around saying "sorry sorry sorry" for nothing all the time? And he still won the pop vote. But Obama finally gets it.

5. I remember that terrible sinking feeling when Kerry didn't fight back...
I still thought he would win, but it was so discouraging to see him just wimp into the floorboards.

I LOVE IT that Obama is calling them on their trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14. I agree. So far he has acted intelligently, with purpose and grace.
He's capable of defending himself and remaining gracious and compassionate. He never seems angry, unless he's talking about the failed policies that precede him. He's very impressive. I look forward to calling him our President.

Kerry to praise Obama. It would be nice if DUers and liberals would stop validating MSM spin and do some research.

Not you, but a post in this thread. :hi: Other than that, I agree with you.

16. I know what you mean. It still amazes me that people say
Kerry didn't run an effective campaign. I suppose that campaigns can always be improved upon, especially in hindsight but I think he was pulling much larger crowds during his run than W was. I think the corporate MSM wasn't giving the Kerry campaign as much air time. Since the media only tell you and show you what they want for you to know...

anyway, I know what you mean. :hi:

18. Thanks. Hope you didn't take that to heart
(cause the poster is on ignore). I agree with you about Kerry and the campaign. Sure, there were some mistakes made and some things could have been better, but it's amazing that people can still not see what he was up against in 04.

I am not an attention seeker, whiner, or concern troll (LOL!) I support and love Obama. I really do. (I really love Michelle too. :)), and I want him to be president because I don't want McBlinky putting another Clarence "Fathead" Thomas or Scalito on the SCOTUS. Plus, I want a president that treats me like I am an adult, not like I am 4 years old.

I guess what I am saying is that there are more ways we can praise Obama without tearing or putting down Democrats that have supported Obama from the start, even when he was an underdog. Note to other Dem supporters, I am not dissing them, but people are forgetting who has been there for Obama when it mattered, and who has gone to bat for him when Dems didn't go to bat for him in 04. Same with Gore.

I think Obama would be appalled at the potshots that his supporters are still taking at Kerry, one of his best surrogates out there. This doesn't help Obama's cause and only plays right into the hands of the media and GOP when we validate their spin rather than spreading or reading the truth.

Thanks for your patience. :hi:
