I hope to God Democrats aren't doing it again. I mean, being kind and losing the election.

9. Obama's toughest ads are nothing like McCain's everyday shit
Obama's tough but with facts and on issues. McCain's ads are all psychological crap to scare people and make them not think. Huge difference in that Obama does not believe it's acceptable to lie and divide while McCain will do so continually.

10. Obama's ads are shockingly ineffective
That's my major surprise of the early fall. I saw one an hour ago that was nearly over. The only reason I noticed at all was I happened to turn my head at the screen. It was a monotone voice and zero memorable lines. It was a rundown of McCain/Palin faults but nothing stood out. The announcer says Palin was for the Bridge to Nowhere but then against it, but there's no supportive evidence and they are showing a picture of Palin that isn't exactly unflattering.

I don't get it. It almost reminds me of a football team that defeats my favorite team one week, then the next week I watch the same team look flat and pathetic against a different team. I want to scream. What the hell happened?

It reminds me of the Nevada gov race in 2006, when Dina Titus ran devastating negative commercials in her primary victory, then her general election ads against Jim Gibbons could not have been more inept.
