I don't give a damn about scandals of any kind anymore. I don't give a shit if Johnny has some sort of mental illness, or bribed people to do something, or even if he is really a Gorgon hellbent on paving over the globe. I. Just. Don't. Fucking. Care.


What do I care about?

The fact that we as a country are fucked if John McCain wins this election.

The fact that the loss of civil liberties are halfway down the rabbit hole.

The fact that our country is on the brink of bankruptcy.

The fact that men and women continue to die in Iraq for no reason.

The fact that millions of Americans have no access to healthcare.

The fact that some of my fellow citizens are denied inalienable rights simply because of their bedroom activities.

The fact that one more vacancy on the Supreme Court could mean that women may be forced to carry a rapist's baby to term.

The fact that the Constitution is essentially non-existent.

The fact that "The World's last Best Hope" has become "the World's Greatest Fear"
