His emperor complex, or whatever it is. He is simply too grand a being in his own right to demonstrate subservience to a piece of cloth, to move or act on someone else's cue just like all the other groundlings. He is above it all.

Both have no idea where they are located ~ recall Mc talking through the wrong end of the mike?

I saw Bush today and wondered if he would have a clue what he was suppose to do.
The two men in front of him were singing and Bush was in an outer space mode.

Edit to add: More of the SAME with MC CAIN ~ I can visualize some side by side ads.

They don't have a clue!
