Who can register:

All Citizens of the United States who are:
# 18 years old on or before November 4, 2008 AND who are
# Residents of Ohio for at least 30 days before the election.

If you have moved since you registered -
# or You did not vote in the 2008 primary and have not voted in a federal election in the past four years
# or You have legally changed your name
# or You were incarcerated for a felony and have not re-registered since you were released

You can turn the form in to your local Obama office where field staff will ensure it is delivered to your local Board of Elections.
