1. Not at all surprising
I live about 100 miles north of there. There are a lot of toothless, gun toting bible thumpers down that way. Also a large percentage of welfare and food stamp recipients dwelling in their trailers. Why they are Republics is beyond me. The only explanation I can come up with is they are racist, homophobic and ignorant enough to vote against their own best interests. To give you an idea of the mindset, it is also the home of the Precious Moments Inspirational Chapel. 14. This is off topic, but the other day I was driving around town
and was going north on Campbell. From Kansas Expressway to Battlefield I saw FIVE cars with Obama stickers and not one stupid mccain't sticker. In fact, I've still only seen that one.
