Nice tidbit from the latest Research 2000 tracking poll.

Palin's favorable rating is now 49% and her unfavorable rating is 40% (49/40 +9)

By contrast our guy Joe Biden's fav/unfav is 50/32 (50/32 +18)

8. He sure does know
Why do people think he has opened up 57 offices in Ohio. Why do people think he is trying to register as many people as he can find?

This exact same strategy has worked very well for Sen. Obama in the past and yes, it will work again!

OBAMA '08!!!

5. I went to a large party last night......
and every person that I asked what they thought of her came back with basically the same thing; she seems worse than Bush...crazier and more extreme.

I don't think this is going to take very long. She's Bush in a skirt but more dangerous is my description for her. That seems to be working quite well in summarizing her.

I also told folks to go to BarackOBama.com and donate, donate, donate. Some folks indicated that Obama has money. I explained to them about public financing, how McCain just walked away with 85 million....and that $5, $10, or $25 would do. Said, you don't want to rely on what others are doing, because that's what others might be doing too. Told them that they don't want to think later on what it was that they coulda, shoulda done.

I networked myself pretty well last night, if I have to say so. :)

14. I think after the interview, she's not quite as bright as Cheney.....
and being an extremist fundamentalists puts her closer to Bush. They both are about what is attractive in imagery, but not much else.

10. damn.
I've been telling myself to pay no attention to the polls because they are meaningless drivel until The Poll in November. Still, I found myself breathing a sigh of ... relief(?) to read this.

So I must be paying attention.

damn.

11. Phalin is tabloid trash, does anyone really want that as their VP?
Joe Biden is classy and a good man, not to mention intelligent and experienced so his unfavorable rating will never move up like her's is.

I really think she probably fell a good 5% on the Bush Doctrine question. Can't wait to see Tina skewer her tonight.

18. She's been only out two weeks and she already have an
unfavorable rating of 40%. You can't build your favorable up unless you come out and face the media and convince the people that you're up to the task. In which she will not and can not do so she's basically f*cked.
