I had heard that she found Obama impressive but I hadn't heard she'd gone so far as to endorse him.
That would be a major coup.

6. If Nancy is good at anything...

It's holding a grudge. The woman does not forget it when you piss her off, and when McCain left his first wife, that pissed her off. Dinner invitations to McCain stopped coming (this was in the 1970s), and she bent over backwards to help wife #1 find a new home.

Whether this grudge is strong enough for her to "betray" republicanism (and it would be looked upon as a betrayal by the entire right), I don't know.

10. I read about that, too. I thought exactly what you did, that she'd come out for Obama

because she LOATHED McCain and Cindy for what they did to Carol. She really doesn't look like the type that lets stuff go, so I hope she feels like "what the hell" and lets the fur fly. I would thank her personally if she did that and if she explained WHY!

He is very articulate and informed. I think his impact would be impressive, especially as he is the namesake of Ronald Reagan.
