He needs to go through the whole gamut of things he has been on both sides of the issue on. UN resolutions, negotiating with North Korea, establishment of 9/11 commission. creation of dept. of homeland security, etc etc etc.

We need a pack of howling wolves that will keep on howling. That "Purple Heart Patch" was a total gift. The dems should be howling about it 24/7. Force the media to cover it and ask questions.

I would recommend that Kerry, during one of his speeches, introduce Randy Beers, who would then tell the American public that he felt compelled to resign in frustration as Bush's anti-terrorism czar because he knew that Bush had no idea what he was doing, and had no interest in getting it right. Beers could also point out to the public that he was merely the SECOND anti-terrorism czar who left the Bush administration in frustration (Clarke being the first).

And I would love to see Kerry remind, remind, remind the public that Bush took a THIRTY-DAY vacation just prior to Sept.11. Kerry can assure the American public that the U.S. will never again appear to look as if the captain has left the ship as long as he is in office.

It's the only way to get his voice on national TV, and it will sound like he's in command.

He needs call upon Bush to answer the questions about his own military history or have them answered for him.

He needs to formally reveal the ties between the Smear-Boaters and explain it's the reason why he's refused to condemn them.

He needs to start re-running the commerical McCain asked him to pull because it makes him look so stupid and Bush so evil. After McCain's GOP convention speech, the very least Kerry can do is make sure McCain is of no use to Bush if Bush wins.

He needs to start using words like "desparate", "corruption," and "incompetent." Especially "desparate."

He needs to create a media team who will 1) have assigned national media contacts with whom they keep daily contact and demand equal time; and 2) be responsible for making sure the surrogates are properly informed and prepped.

But mainly, he needs to go on the offensive against Bush. He needs to start spelling out what he's done wrong and follow it up with how he's going to make it right.

1. Take the attacks to GW Bush. Attack his character.

2. Restore the McCain commercials and stop FEEDING the idea that McCain is THE MODERATE because he's not.

3. Defend his honor and our support

he has the right to. his service has been questioned. bush opened the door. jk must charge thru it. this is an opportunity to be seized. we have the high ground. the accusations v jk are false and the accusations v awol are true. get all the ducks in a row. get all the known facts. get affadavits (from barnes and others). get the whole story. put it in chronological order. find all of bush's false statements about his service (like that he served in the af). get on stage and challenge him to show where he was in 1972 while he should have been in tang. do it day after day. then have the surrogates float the community service story. we all know awol got busted for coke. make them deny it. they won't. bush must be made to answer questions. the status quo is not good enuf and time is short.

Show the BushCo economy for what it is, explain the national debt, show the effects on states' economies, and emphasize that the Chimp is "selling us out" to the highest bidders, both overseas (job exportation) and at home (wealthfare, corporate welfare, taxpayers cleaning up corporate pollution, etc.).
